Second half of being a sophomore is soon to begin and here I am, in front of my best friend laptop, doing a blog post.
It is Sunday night today, tomorrow’s another day. Our vacation break’s going to end tonight. Once you’ll just close your eyes because you can’t resist the sleepiness and next thing you know it’s already MONDAY, the start of a college’s hell week.
I don’t have new clothes and new bag. But I’ve got a whole pad paper, a new binder notebook, and lots of colored pen. Well, my friends and I have this big notebook called Barlo, where we write whatever we want to. Well, I’m going to bed now and envision the things that will happen tomorrow at school.
I woke up three hours earlier than the scheduled start of the first class. What am I going to do? Well, eat… Stare… Stare… Take bath… Eat again… Stare… Think… Then go straight to school.
Woah, there’s a lot of students today. A LOT, I mean. I went to the coffee shop that I always visit. Ordered a hot latte and go, should I take the elevator or not? Oh well, the elevator man won’t allow students inside his little place so stairs… Here I come!!
Sixth floor students are lucky to have a forced exercise on the stairs every morning. But skinny people like me should just fly till we reach the oh-so-high sixth floor.
There are three students inside the room. Seriously, this early!? When I walked in, oh… It’s them. One of them is my closest friend. I sat beside him. He removed his earphones and shifted his position, facing me.
It’s funny how one “hey” can start a looooong conversation. Every other minute we will glance at the door, obviously waiting for someone, or maybe not just one, but waiting for our FRIENDS.
As the clock keeps on ticking, our friends keep on coming. The two persons talking now became three, four and now five. My closest girl friend just arrived. The class is soon to start and we still haven’t seen our two bros. Oh well, nothing new. They are always late.
Riiiiinnggg!! Riiiiiinnngggg!! Riiiiiiinnngg!!
Oh, it’s already six in the morning.. I should take a bath now or else…
So no one told life was gonna be this way…
My phone. That’s my phone!
“Yes. I’ll be there soon. Okay. Bye.”
